Default Coming for help. Engine Code P0447, Evap System. How to Fix?

This is all part of the Evap system. Anyone ever have a specific issue with this code or device?
One of my hoses was on wrong at the EVAP think by the intake. I will not go over 3/4 tank of gas until this is fixed. I was guilty a few times of filling my tank up all the way. Its bad cause all the heat causes pressure but it was a OCD thing.
I'm going to get the code cleared then see what makes it come back on.
I will double check all the electrical connectors at lunch time.

Ok. Well There are two little fittings under the evap thing, and they both look like they accept a hose. Well back from when I SeaFoamed the car I put the hose on the wrong one. So it was not sucking out the exhaust fumes. Last night I corrected this problem and when I started my car up just now at lunch no CEL was on.. This made me happy.
And i screwed the gas cap on so it clicked 10 times. But I'm pretty sure the hose being attached to the wrong thing was the issue.
