I bought the megan header, the precat broke off about 1,000 miles after installing it, after that it got stuck in the exhaust midpipe.

wait until june when megan comes out with a new design.

screw emissions in CA. dont forget no SMOG on scions for 6 years due to that new law about new cars. Do a search under "abatement fee" and you should find it. So with no SMOG for 6 years have fun. then switch back for SMOG every 2 years like i plan.....DC all the way!

i have a hp racing concept header. runs great a little raspy and throws a cell. but hopefully my buddies here in sl are right about the little anti fouler fix. we will see tonight when i put it on.

i would get the dc header. i have never heard of megan untill i started going on sl. dc has been around for years and are known for high quality products.

DC Sports has the biggest history and experiecne. don't forget, DC Sports is with AEM and you know how big AEM is. that alone tells you that you should get DC Sports

So because they're bigger, you should automatically choose them? Sounds more like following the heard than anything else.

Apc is the biggest. Can't wait for them to release their patented vinyl, spinning led headers.....

APC is just plain stupid. they may be big but they're big on the crappy side. the stuff that goes on in KMarts and etc. do you see DC sports in KMart?

i agree.... APC is a part of the walmart and kmart products..... just like that weird name hotdog brand that walmart sell for 99 cents (compared to FRANKs hotdog 2 dollar something).... cheap quality... also computers like cheap all around Heward Packerd only walmart would sell...

but anyway!!i just got my DC header yesterday and got it installed 6 hours ago.... when guys try to take off the O2 sensor, make sure you put plenty of w-40, like atleast every 10min. intill it twists off.. it was a pain in the ___, i had to use an adjustable wrench (cant find the sized wrench) and tap it with a hammer intill it actually moves..

also added the anti fouler. CEL is off but i dont for how long... i drove it atleast 30 miles already and no CEL... but still i wont consider it fixed cause it could come up possibly...

also if you guys notice, when you buy an anti-fouler theres 2 types (42002 and 42009), one is actually longer than the other... i got the longer piece... im not sure if it makes any difference, but just letting you guys know that....

as for performance, it is impressive.... when drove a bit longer i redline up to 1st and 2nd. i notice the speedometer was rushing from 25 to 45 quick! as for sound there is none... what the hell was everyone talkin about??? the people with headers and stock exhaust... i hear mostly my damper...

i really like this header.. performance is great.. very noticable... only problem about DC ceramic header is rust which i have not seen yet, but its possible....

DC sports will not fail you. this company has a HUGE R&D program. iono if alphawekrs or megan racing has one as big as DC Sports.

a higher price doesn't mean its a better product. they might charge more cuz they're not as endorsed as DC Sports might be.

i won't know for sure until i have both to test...which i won't xP
