Yeah... I wouldn't be laughing so hard if I were you. Texas has been considering adopting the same CARB testing standards and procedures for a few years now, especially with the smog problem in Houston, and rising smog issues in Dallas and Austin.

I swear, y'all would elect joseph stalin if he ran for governor of california.

nonsense, "TEXAS" hasn't been considering anything. a few renegade democrat legislators at the state and local level are always crying about it, but the people making decisions aren't listening. the only thing Texas will agree to is what is federally mandated, and even then, there's a history of flipping Washington the bird, and, back when we were real americans, shooting at them.

as for your 1994 comment, no comment
