Hey, so I was wondering if I should buy the DC sports header from dezod.com, yes I know turbos is a way to go but it costs a lot more, plus i am only looking for a little boost for now. If you're not going to boost, go for it. If you're wanting to boost in the future, still go for it. But its YOUR opinion on whether or not the header is worth it.

 

Well i was looking for more of a recommendation like you know, oh no dezod is peace of ____ it will blow up or like it doesn't make a difference. Anything like that? I always like to get some opinions of what might be better or the differences in the brands.

 

U will get a lot of rasp
The only way to avoid rasp is by adding a big ___ resonator

 

why would you make a statement like that about dezod,one of the tops companys out there,for turbo kits for the scion, say that about the ebay kits which would suit that statement better,i actually own the dezod s1 kit,not installed yet but soon,yea youll get more sound then performance from the header,maybe little mid to high end gain,nothing amazing,so dont be disspointed

 

i know dezod is good i am not saying its bad, i am just looking for opinions like ooh maybe another brand is better, maybe higher HP gains. I would go turbo but well im not a great saver, and the full kit from dezod and other places costs ~4000. For that I would rather buy a jetski or a sports motorcycle.

 

FYI, a header is piping. Yes there are some variances into the different headers that will make one better or worse, but for the most part, their all the same. DC is a good company, their header like all headers for these cars cause rasp. None of them will cause your car to blow up. And they will all cause a CEL for elimination of a cat. Simple fix.
