Default Debating between a cat back, axle back, or custom exhaust

i want to get exhuast but even 369 shipped for the hks is alot of money considering its only an axle back. i am thinking about getting a custom mandrel bent exhuast from miami muffler. they have a cnc mandrel bender and charge about 350 for the install and piping... i dont know what to do... can anyone shed some light on this. would custom be worth it? i was thinking about going with an apexi n1 universal muffler. any opinions will help. if anyone has any sounds clips or videos that would be great to. sorry so sloppy guys im at work and i have to type fast as hell before anytone catches me....thanks in advance

what are you looking for in an exhaust? Loud? Performance? Deep sound?

If you want power and sound...you need to get a full cat-back exhaust that has been developed for both things. If it is custom it may make power but then sound like garbage. If it is axle-back it may sound good but make no power. Just some food for thought.

thanks for the response. i am looking for good sound and power. I dont know if i should go with the axle back. ill probably end up doing that just because the install is so easy.

Install on the cat back will also be cake. It just means maybe a couple more hangers that is all. You will just have to make sure that you can pure the car on a lift which is what I would always recommend.
