Default Dezod exhaust installed=bad rattle HELP

Installed my Dezod S pipe back last night, everything seemed fine. Started it today and there was a low rattle on idle. Now after 30 miles or so im getting a really bad rattle on idle and a little knocking around. Everything is super tight and all hangers are in. All pipes are fitted together fully. Anyone else with this issue or suggestions.

Did you reinstall the little cross beam that goes across the resonator? If you did, that's where I'd put my money.

yeah just take that off, or it could be rubbing against some heatshield towards the rear, in which case i removed the shield and took a hammer to it

there is a heatshield right under your shifter on the mid pipe, right where it connects to your s-pipe, where your catalytic converter was there is a little bolt remove it, and take the heatshield off too... mine used to do the same thing, when you are stopped it rattles like siht

K i'll check those things out once my back recovers. I worked on this thing without a creeper and now my shoulder blades are killing. Also would it be wise to have a shop tack a few welds on the connections? I notice my tip is drooping because the clamps dont hold the muffler perfectly tight. i doubt anything can come off but things gotta get held tighter.

OMG! That F**King ____ed me off! But I finally got it to not droop...I hope. What I did was loosen the clamp that connects the muffler to the rear corner piece then position myself right under the connection and push them together nice and tight, to my surprise it was really loose until I did that and now it doesnt droop!
Sorry if this was long or if its confusing, just to summarize it.
Make sure the corner pipe goes practically all the way into the muffler till it hits the bend in the pipe then try tightening the clamp again. And if it still droops it might be the position of the clamp so just shift it around, but make sure the pipe is in deep.

Ok so that wasnt really a summary =)

Dont want to get it welded in case you have to take it off for inspections or for legal reason (aka dick cops) or if you sell the car.
Besides my way was FREE

i guess thats a jersey thing.
Down here in Florida cops wont bother you unless its crazy loud or if you're rocking a canister. I've had my car inspected once. It was for insurance. Yes, my exhaust is insured. lol

And my way would be free too since i have my own welder :D
