Default Throw-out Bearing?

Alright drive train people, let me know what you think.

I've been starting to feel a grainy-ness in my clutch and gas pedal.
It happens more often when you shift sloppy.
If i shift clean, I barely feel it.

I've had 4 people drive the vehicle and they all think it might be the throw-out bearing is either shot or misaligned.

IF this is the case, where can I get a good aftermarket clutch?
I've been looking on-line but I'd rather have someone else's opinion.

I'd just be using it for daily driving; no track use.
