Default DME Header Review *Pics*

Well I finally got my new dme header.

What I like:
Great Power Gains
Quality Workmanship
Perfect Fit
Beautiful Welds
Stainless Steal

What I dislike and things you should be prepared for:
No Hardware, stock is reused.
No instructions (at least the ft lbs torque on the bolts would be nice to have)
Rasp!!
Color Changes!!
3 Anitfoulers fixed my check engine light.

The pipe will arrive a beautiful silver color, then it changes to an awsome copper but that doesnt last long after a week of use, It changes all kinds of colors. Check out the pics. Make sure to clean off all fingerprints from the exhaust before it gets hot, thats why mine turned ugly colors. Fortunately It can be polished off.

Oh I even added a mini resonator and I still have rasp, im thinking about trading my midpipe for a stock one with a cat in it. Let me know if you want the trade.

I got it from http://www.spracingonline.com/ They had the cheapest price I found. Even on the engine torque dampner, wich I plan on getting soon.

you should have sent it to jet-hot... I'm thinking about switching to this one instead of my megan header which is hitting my S/C shaft... Looks good though...

the color changes are from finger prints at least the rainbow colors, If you want just the golden header look. You should wipe down any grease before the first fire up.

not anymore, you have to do it before the first time firing up your car. If u did wipe it off, your header would look like your very first pic.

Your suppose to wipe it down with rubbing alcohol to clean all the greasy fingerprints before starting it. Thats why its turning a nasty purple.

I actually did that today lol it was driving me crazy.

Except I spent way less. The polishing tip for the drill was like $4 and the polishing compound $5, it cleaned it right up! Im gonna take pics when I get a chance.

I sent spracing an email to see what is goin on.
