2) instructions for a header? unecessary. although, i hope you used anti-seize.

1) What I meant by that is that they should have provided a new doughnut gasket instead of haveing to pry off the stock one and risking messing it up.
2) I wanted to have the ft lbs of torque, just to get it right. Actual instructions are not needed.
The rest of the info I was providing for the newbies out there who dont know too much yet.

Antisieze is exactly what it says: Anti-sieze. It doesnt allow the nuts to sieze up so they will always remain easy to take off. It is not needed but will make things alot easier in the long run.
