the length of a aftermarket midpipe just the part with the resantor on it,not the second piece that bolts to the exhaust itself but the one that bolts to the downpipe to the second piece or even the length of that particular space,hope i explained it correctly< heres the piece im referringAPP_1894314253-350x350.jpg?t=1281321135

It's probably more likely that no one has ever bothered to measure it...

 

thats true,guess im goona have to get underneath the car to measure it,cause i bought a custom midpipe from someone and they mention it was a little short but wasnt sure how much,so i wanted to get the specs on a aftermarket midpipe to see how much more piping needed to be added so i can bolt it right up to my existing setup

 

Well if you do, just make sure you post how long it is so this can at least be a reference.
