Default Engine shakes on 2007 scion tC

When the car is idling especially with the air conditioning on (but not limited to the AC on) the air box, battery, radiator, and a coolant hose shake.

While inside the car I notice when I’m stopped it has an intermittent shaky idle, some days it seems that it is better than others.

I brought it to the dealer I bought it from awhile ago and they replaced ONE motor mount and cleaned the throttle body. they said that the idle is within spec although the idle does drop a bit when the AC is on.

What are some things to investigate to get this sorted out, it’s mainly just annoying but I’d like to fix it.

Auto trans or manual?

Try cleaning your MAF Sensor. Be sure to use only "MAF Sensor Cleaner". Disconnect your negative battery terminal. Then disconnect your MAF sensor harness. Then use a Philips screwdriver to remove the MAF Sensor from the air manifold. There are 6(?) glass bulbs inside the MAF sensor's plastic housing. Be careful not to drop it.

Two bulbs are easily seen. The other 4 are more hidden and are best seen in bright sunlight. If you wear glasses, make sure you have them on.

All you have to do is spray the MAF Sensor cleaner on the glass bulbs. Let the chemical fully evaporate, then remount the sensor to the air manifold. Reconnect the sensor cable. Then reconnect the negative battery cable. You'll have to reset the memory options in your radio (and possibly your power windows and sunroof.)

manual Trans. A little bit ago I actually did clean the MAF and I don’t remember it being dirty and I didn’t notice anymore smoothing of the idle/vibrations. It really seems intermittent like not every drive. Occasionally I’ve popped the hood open and seen the entire intake, radiator, coolant hose, and battery vibrate back and fourth quite significantly.

Do you get intermittent vibrations with the AC turned off? If so, is the (non-AC) vibration lowering your RPMs?
