Engine wouldn't start
Yesterday i tried to start my car and it would start: just kept turning over. I followed the steps in the owners manual for a flooded engine and it still wouldn't start. I let it sit for about 15 minutes and it started right up. Then today when I got off work it did the SAME THING! I don't press the gas when I start it so WHY would this happen 2 days in a row (and never happened before).
Heres's the engine related stuff:
06 manual trans
trd supercharder (installed by dealer over 3 months ago)
trd exhaust (installed by dealer when I purchased car)
The car has about 10k miles and last oil change was at 9k miles.
By the way, once it starts it runs like normal.
Any ideas? Does this happen to other people and if so what did you do? Am I freaking out over nothing or should I take it to the dealer?

Take it to the dealer.
Since you have the supercharger kit installed, and i dont know what exactly is modified by the kit. But it does sound like a flooded engine, which could be from the fact that the fuel pump is still running after you shut the car off.
If this is acutally the case, it could cause all kinds of problem, from your injectors to your fuel lines. It's unlikely that's the cause, but you never know. Or you could just have leaky injectors.
Normally in these situations, first thing i check is spark. But since you just wait and it starts right up i dont know.
The problem with new cars is all the sensors, if it has a wacky temp. sensor and it's telling your ECM that the engine is too hot, even if it's cold. The engine will shut off or not start. So your best bet is to bite the bullet, hook it up to the diganostic and see what engine codes it spits out.
Sorry bout that, hope it helps a little.

Update: The car started fine this morning but at lunch when I was going to take it to the dealer to check it out it wouldn't start again. I waited for 30 minutes and tried again but it still would'nt start. SO I had it towed to the dealer and they said the fuel pump went out so now I'm driving a Camery rental. They said they should have a new fuel pump in by Tuesday. They called TRD and asked if the supercharger would need a different fuel pump but they said it was designed to use the stock one.
Has anyone else's fuel pump gone out on them (after only 10k miles)?

Ouch that sucks. It is really strange that it would go out so soon, but a seal not being all the way in, a crossed wire, all sorts of very small things could cause it to burn out.
Sorry bout that man, at least you got it figured out now.
Another update: Got my car back with the new fuel pump and it's running fine. They said the old one locked up so I'm hoping it was just defective and not part of a bigger problem. I'm driving to Florida (from Missouri) in 2 weeks and I don't want to get stranded anywhere
After driving the Camery rental for the weekend it reinforced how much fun it is driving my tC.
