erz header install
well i installed today my erz header had took along time and read alot of threads on different header options theerz seemed kie a good header to go with and I was told would sound good with the borla exhaust system. Hardest parts of the project was the 12mm bolt that was by the alternator I had to cut a craftsman box end wrench in half to get it to work. the other difficulty was the 14mm spring loaded bolts below watch your knuckles lol. The rest of the change over went great o2 sensor so far has worked with out an extension adapter and when I started it up there was a no cel. SO FAR, it has a deep sound and I really noticed the pick up off the line seems to be alot more throaty in accelaration. hopefully there was a couple things here I learned that may give you all thoughts for your header project.

Kudos on your install. That alternator nut is a doozie to get to, but otherwise it's a relatively simple mod and a good way to learn a little bit more about your car. It took a while for my CEL to go off after header install. Won't hurt to go ahead and get some antifoulers prepped.

Cell is on the way,may as well get anti fouler or L pipe now....although it is not gonna hurt to run with the CEL,it is just annoying light on the dash, but you will not know if you have any other issues with it on.

cel and antifouler question?
Well as it seems after installing my headers threads are that I am doomed for a CEL to come on. Well at this point I did get antifouler actually I bought two and I have a question? if this cel goes on will I need to put a antifouler on both O2 sensors one on the header and s-pipe or just put the antifouler on the header. would someone let me know thanks.

Just the one on the s-pipe. Drill a hole in one of the antifoulers (can't remember the size, big enough to get the O2 sensor in), screw the O2 sensor into it, and then screw that assembly into the other unmodified antifouler. The first O2 sensor is pre-cat so won't need any modification. Take your time and make sure you don't cross thread anything down there.
