Default exhaust help

well i searched and tried finding what i needed all i came up with was the exhaust shop doing this. well basically i have the tsudo n1 and my exhaust hangs sits close to the bumper so so close that it burns but there is tiny bit of space in between. well what i want to know is there any possible way to make the exhaust sit lower with out taking it to the exhaust shop. maybe possibly a way i can bend the hanger some my self or some other way. lmk thanks

You could pick up some longer rubber hangers from a parts store.

Why dont you want to take it to an exhaust shop?, it shouldn't cost to much.

I sppose you could. But I just generally trust my own work over a shops. It wouldnt hurt to take it and have it quoed though.

Surely finding some different rubber hangars would be cheaper than messing with the mounts.

I agree with that. I would go that route. Seems easier than dealing with a shop.

i mean how its sits now doesnt bother me. but you got to relize for the price you do get what you pay for. but to me the exhaust isnt that bad. i actually like the way it sounds. but yea thats what i planned on doing see about getting a longer rubber hanger before going the exhaust shop route. thanks for the replys.

dude try the hangors or it dont work like you want and you wasted a few bucks on hangers and you got to an exhasut shop. I would just bite the bullet and go to an exhasut shop and have it welded perfectly how u want it and then you will be even more happy than hangers that may make the problem better but not perfect! Id say perfect>better!

yeah i tried the longer hangar thing too... and it sat wayyyy too low for me, so i went back to the stock hangar... and now that it melted a good chunk of the bumper away.. i like the way that it looks ^^
