So i a dezod catback exhaust put in my car..and the part where the cat and the mid pipe meet the 2 bolts are stripped and i have an exhaust leak...sounds really nasty..i'm gonna take it in to the muffler shop next weekend to get the bolts cut and get new bolts put in..Now my only problem would be that would my gasket get f'd up if i drive it for about a week? I would take it in the next day but unfortunately i work 9-5 mon to friday so saturday would be my only choice..

 

No, the gasket won't be messed up. And if for any off chance that it does get messed up, they are about $1 to replace.

 

oh ok thanks for the reply...I guess i'm gonna have to deal with the loud noise for a while till new bolts are put on..lol
