Default Exhaust Shield with OEM Lip Kit?

Probably getting the Agency Power cat-back soon...and was wondering if it was worth spending the money to get a CF exhaust shield (I guess this is what it's called?)?

If you guys do suggest getting one...are there any that will work with the OEM lip kit?

I just saw pics of a tC on here with the OEM rear lip and the CF shield. It takes some work; it looked like you had to get it under the lip.

1.) the only place im aware of to get them is on ebay, and like it was mentioned...i dont think he sells them anymore
2.) yes it is possible to have the shield with the OEM rear lip, the shield goes underneath the lip and will prob. require a little oomph to get it to fit right.

i have the AP exhaust and it does sit low but i pulled it up before i went to a show and when i got there (bout an hour drive) my oem lip was melted. I bought a CF heat shield but had to cut some of the melted lip off to get it to fit.
here is a pic of the melted lip i will try to get a pic of the cut oem lip w/ heat shield soon.
