Flowmaster Exhaust **NOW PICS AND VIDEO**
So I go to the muffler shop to weld on my OBX muffler which I got on ebay. I get there and they tell me it cant go in there unless they really make it tight but it will rattle and it wont work that way, only way to do it is have it angled, the guy quickly told me taht will look retarded.
He then offered me to put on a Flowmaster 50 Series muffler, I was a bit hesitant but why not, high performance cars use them all the time. He put it on, welded it and what not, looked great. Sounded awesome. I drove it around, it had a nice little gurmble to it but it was still super quiet, I then told him to take out the resonator and put in a pipe, he warned me but I did it anyways.
BIGEST MISTAKE EVER. As soon as I got in it that ____ was raspy as hell, sounded too loud and was real crap. I didnt wanna pay him some more so I left and Im gonna weld it back on with some friends. but damn, it sound REAL bad, too loud and wayyyy to raspy for my taste.
Ill have on sound clips of the before and after pics when I reweld it back, Ill post pics of how it looks too, the tip they used looks real OEM except its a bit bigger.
