Default Free/cheap power mods

Has anyone uncovered any free or cheap mods for their tC? My old probe had all kinds of tricks like booring out the banjo bolt on the fuel rail, putting a switch on the intake air temp sensor, or even jumping a wire so the factory fog lights would stay on with the hi-beams. Can anyone think of a free power adder?

It's a lot harder on a car like the tC. Toyota did a lot to squeeze out the most efficiency out of the motor.

Only buying some mods should be making decent gains.

my advice to you, as it is to everyone these days, is to get some suspension upgrades and then some brake/tire upgrades before you go for power. you gotta be able to stop what you start.

so true, this is why u see a lot of wreck cars. i.e. EVO, STi's, and 350z. Even stock they loose control b/c they dont know how much torque and power and in those bad boys.

gotta get new tires... that's where you'll see the BIGGEST difference.

Evo's and STis have rediculouse brakes stock, I had an Evo 8. It's the idiots that mis-judge a corner or just flat out drive stupid where they shouldn't.

A wiseman once said, "With great power comes great responsibilty." That new Evo MR is just plain sick, 4.3 0-60
