Power mod chip??

I found Power Mod Chip on eBay. Has anyone experienced with this kind of modifications? Will it really improe perofrmance? Any issues with smog?

Definitely not worth the money unless they can prove that it has been tested on a Scion and shown real improvements in power. Otherwise, I can say that I have a chip for sale too... even though I don't... but let's say that I do. >HAHA<
