<sings> A dream is a wish...your heart makes...when you're fast asleep...

Like watching paint dry, it won't do to continously tappity tap tap those bunny slippers you're all undoubtedly wearing.

It will arrive when it does, not before.

sure, turbo kit's are fast as hell, and available now, but you are missing the point of why people want the TRD s/c... a turbo kit voids the factory warranty, and if you are running more than about 6-8 lbs of boost, you're sacrificing the integrity of the engine for all that HP gain. The s/c doesn't. do any of the above; it provides significant hp gain, without risk of voiding warranty, or integrity of the engine.

If I wanted a ***** out car, I would have bought an sti, not a tc, that I had to spend $4000 on to make it *almost* as fast as an sti, and still only have 2wd.

It's gotten to the point where I don't really even get worked up about it anymore. I feel like Toyota has jerked a lot of people around marketing the item as "available now", plus no clear pricing on it, and no clear specs on it. If toyota is going to play that game, I'm not going to be spending my disposable income on their parts, unless it's really worth my time.

The waiting game, plus measly horsepower gain (anything less than 50), plus ~$3000, means I will be looking at other options. I guess we'll see what happens in the fall.
