Default Fuel Injectors and spark plug question

On a all motor build up do you think it is necessary to up grade to bigger injectors? I am going to add a tb to my car and install higher compression pistons and cylinder head upgrade on at a later date. Do you think I need to run one step colder spark plugs if I am constantly bashing on my car? Just wanted to see peoples opinion.

wait wait wait wait wait...lets step back. you said "im going ot install higher compression pistons later" do you want to blow your pistons up?! you NEVER run higher compression pistons with F.I vehicles. its always lower. the stock block being that it is 9.6:1 compression ratio, thats ideal to hold 10psi safely. sure you may want to drop it down to 8.5:1 so you can handle more but thats when your ready. and being that your car is 5 speed, thats one step ahead and im propping you first for taking good consideration on turboing a 5 speed instead of auto. as far as one step colder plug, yes you want to run a colder plug. either the NGK IX iridium, or denso ik22 iridium spark plug, both are one step colder/ now for injectors, if you want to run more horse power, and want to upgrade your injectors, run at maximum, 550cc injectors, more than that and your car is gonna be drinking gas. upgrade your fuel pump so your injectors can handle that as well, just a walboro 255lph pump. and also, you may want to consider a piggyback unit, ie greddy emanage, or emanage ultimate. thats all for now, got any questions, fee free to pm me.

I never said I was going to boost. I might later but not now and if I do I will change the pistons again then.

well colder plugs are a must. bigger injectors are for when you want to boost more. and if your not wanting to boost much, just leave your stock internals. liek i said, they can safely handle 10psi. 9.6:1 is ideal for FI running mid boost. and on another note, 2az motor is actually set up for supercharged application, in japan, 2az motor came in the camrys, supercharged.

going higher comp pistons on boosted cars ISNT a bad idea.

many people do, do this to increase compression with out sacrificing turbo lag.

im not saying its a smart thing to do but its possible and can be done.

the spark plug thing... i hear bias reviews. many say its not worth gettin it and some say other wise. depends on teh situation.

if ur going PURE NA. i believe the stock one's are adequate.
imo

if your gonna be increasing the size of the throttle body, changing compression and doing head work then yea, I would suggest getting bigger injectors...then your gonna need something to tune them with. Try to get your hands on something like the supercharger injectors, they wont be complete overkill and will run at a better duty cycle then something like a 550 for your application.
