I just installed my intake, and i was curious if there is a problem...
It does not whistle when i accelerate..
Is that a problem?

No, it's not a problem. Just to make sure the intake is at least functioning you should have someone pump on the gas pedal and make sure you can see that it is pulling the air in. The filter should shake a litte bit and you should be able to hear a little "suck in" sound, not necessarily a "whistle" sound. If its not even doing that, make sure the clamp is tight enough on the filter, the filter might be loose. My Injen intake whistles like crazy. You should have spent a little more and gotten a real intake. Hope that helps.

Huge problem, take off the filter cone and run it without.

lol dont do that^^^. i think it depends on the filter. i have two tc's mine has an injen cold air intake and the wistle is very noticable, my wife has a fujita on her tc and i can barely hear anything on hers.

it'll do it once you're out on the road. i've had mine for 4 years and still does (still love how everyone on SL thinks their intake doesnt work if they dont hear the whistle all the time lol)

x2 It's depends on the filter, some filter are design that will make whistle noise.

Without being a complete a-hole, its because most think that intakes mean instant power and noise.

if you haven't driven it yet, you should take it out. Revving the engine in neutral is much different than hitting the higher rpms while the car is under load and in gear.

I may be wrong but I thought early Fujita's were known to throw CEL's because the piping diameter where the MAF sits was bigger then stock.

I think the 2007 tC (like mine) are just a PITA. I bought an AEM cai and I've had the same problem as you. Drive it around a bit, then a couple hours later a CEL gets thrown. I've already checked the hoses and clamps and everything is fine...but it's just our damn MAF. I called AEM to make sure and they said that they didn't even make an intake for 2007. Chances are it's not your intake, it's our damn car ...when I talked with AEM they said the only compatible one they know of without a CEL is the K&N typhoon...which is short ram.

I run fugita intakes on my 2010 TC & 05 accord. They work well for me. No CEL light or anything from both cars. I have also owned AEM and they also worked well. That said I think the cause may be something other than the intake.

If it is one of the earlier fujitas that could why..spicy is right. Either that or somehow you guys are effing up your MAF sensor during the install.

Try cleaning your sensor.
