there is a guy down the road from me who has a tc. he has a megan header s-pipe and mid pipe with a trd muffler.. i went and looked at it today it all appears to look good and its already off the car he is asking 400 for it... my question is it worth it?

 

You could have just looked up the MSRP on each piece. If none of it is damaged, then yes it's worth it.

the s-pipe has some scratches but my stock one does too due to s-techs and my driveway. other than that everything looks great.

 

it also has 2 30" resonators on it
