the exhaust system on the tC is frikkin weird. catalytic converter is really close to engine bay and the exhaust manifold is in front of the head wen usually the intake manifold is in front. look under your hood, and yu see that weird looking silver thing, thats your exhaust manifold and right under it is your catalytic converter

i am thinking about just going with the trd from the dealer for a different sound. From what i hear --- it sounds good with the k&n intake. Anybody have any info?

that sucks that they aren't going to make a cat back. I suppose that would be a whole lot of piping if the cat is located at the header.

So you can replace the header, downpipe, and the axelback...but what about the pipe in the middle? is that for sale?

can someone tell me the difference between the SP2 and the EVO2, i'd really like a greddy exhuast but i have no clue what the difference is between them

yes its too much for an axel back. that's what you should be paying for catback.

Same price for both. SP2 I believe is aluminized and EVO is stainless. EVO is also more of a .... i dunno...ima use this term generically, but lets call it a racing exhaust while the sp is more the street performance exhaust.

This is what I have picked up on. I really don't know the specifics.

And yea, no sound clip

i talked to greddy throguh email and they said that the greddy exhausts are technically cat backs becuase our car is just weird like that.

^^^^An oldie but still a goodie vid. Man, brings back memories of my old TC with the Blitz exhaust. I want my Blitz back on! God I can't wait to get my Blitz on the new BSP.

Our car was in there for the Blitz. We have the new Dezod exhaust on it now. Sounds great IMO! From the S-Pipe back.
