Picked this up for dirt cheap!!!! &The throatiness of the Greddy Evo2 is sick! IM IN LOVE!

QUESTION: I have one of those "cherry bomb" resonators on it, so after about 3500 it become less of a growl and more restricted soundwise anyways.. Has anyone tried the Greddy Evo 2 WITHOUT a resonator?? Or shall i get the Tsudo midpipe?

FYI: I posted in the exhaust thread but noone is really responding and ive looked through countless youtube videos, threads, pages and pages on the exhaust thread.. i cant find someone running a stock header with no resonator and a Greddy Evo.

 

Take the resonators out. I have this exhaust with a 2.5 mid and s-pipe and I think it sounds great. But before I just ran the EVO2 with the stock header and s and mid pipe and it was fine.

 

Thats what i have, 2.5 inch from the cat back with the cherry bomb resonator..i guess ill go for it. I just hope its neither obnoxious OR raspy

 

ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY INPUT ON THIS??

Looking to keep my header stock.. I have 2.5 inch piping [no second cat] if i do straight pipe with no 2nd cat and no resonator +Greddy Evo 2 muffler will i get any rasp? Anyone try this or something similar.. every damn youtube video i see everyone has an aftermarket header
