5-8 HP gain???? is this true or more of a scam???

scam. pretty much everything out there that is cheap=5-8hp gain. It may help the car idle a little smoother, or help prevent the headlights from flickering as much if you have a big audio system...but hp gain>doubt it

 

I had one on my WRX...made the car idle a little smoother...that's it. Don't expect any hp gains...

 

should only help your electrical system

 

Good idea, wont ever have to worry about bad grounds. HP gain...no way

 

what is the point the only part of my ground wire I see is 2" of it from the amp to the bottom of the car.why spend extra money on a blue ground it isnt a noticable wire.

What you are seeing with the ground wire sets is that when the originally came out they were for older cars with bad grounds. If a car does not have good ground wires they will produce more power once they are properly grounded. But, for a new car - it's BS
