ok, I'm showing my ignorance here. I looked at the charts, and while I could make them out somewhat, I'm looking for more of a nartative on the headers. A break down on Pros, cons, and would love to find an overall winner, something that woun't sound too bad with a TRD exhaust (temp muffler, couldn't beat the price).
Ideally I'm looking for recomendations for a header/exhaust combo, got a lot of OT coming in this month, and need to feed my upgrade addiction.

With 4-2-1 you are supposed to find power gains at lower RPM (probably between 3 to 4,000 rpms). 4-1 should show more gains at higher RPMs (I would say above 5,000.
Which one is better is all according to what you are looking for. If you want to race, you probably want a 4-1. If you want to improve your daily performance, 4-2-1 should be a better choice.
I chose the 4-1 becase the tC has good performance at low RPM and is kind of dead at higher RPM. The Megan header brought it alive a little bit after 5,500. If you have the $, you should go with the AW.

i have mmw headers but i have not clue how good it is. but personal reason i hate their service i would put the money somewhere else. MMW them self can't even dyno their own stuff. so they offer discount to people to dyno it for them they stink and engine damper sucks go with the ingalls i learned a lesson.
