I am trying to decide on headers also, from what I have found out DC has a stainless and a ceramic coated header

be careful man, that stainless steel one is NOT DC-Sports. Notice it says "DC-S" header. This is just to confuse the customer and is a typical ebay scam. Notice the price too. If the price sounds too good to be true it probably is. DC Sports only makes ceramic coated headers for the tC, which is the one in your first link.

yeah I was looking at that but wasnt sure, would the ceramic coated headers sound raspy? I plan on running stock exhaust.

I went to the sellers actual website where they actually have this listed. I think the description speaks for itself. Sellers like this should really be banned:

I mean seriously, what does "DC Style" even mean? Thats not remotely like the DC Sports model in either material or design.

All aftermarket headers will sound raspy no matter what anyone says. You can fix this problem with a large resonator placed in the exhaust piping. Search about it and you can see what people recommend. I personally have th aw header and yes it's raspy. The DC Sports cerramic is a nice piece too, it basically came down to which one I got a better deal on at the time.

if you buy an actual DC sports header you will be pleased...owned by AEM id say you have nothing to worry about..dont cheap out on your exhaust header though because then you have blown welds...and then you get what you pay for

no, but they're still pretty crappy. A big name doesn't mean a good product. There's a reason why AEM doesn't make the CAI anymore and there's also a reason why DC headers aren't that popular either. I also know a guy that used to weld there and was told many a story about not so good things.......

there is a header being released now for the tC and in 2 months or so there will be the draxas header. if you dont have an Spipe yet - from what i hear - the MMW is the best way to go. Im waiting to hear what draxas has to say. Im holding off another week before I ask since ive been trying to find details every week and every week I dont get any.

i have an AW with stock exahust and 30" resonator, it has cut the rasp to a bare minimum, in fact i have only heard it once when i was W.O.T from a stand still, but under normal driving you wont hear it, i have yet to install an S pipe which i plan to do here, but the gains are noticable, but then again i installed pullies the same day.......
a 30" resonator should cost about 60-70 to have it installed

I found one guy with the draxas exhaust and header but he also had the supercharger. Does anybody own the draxas exhaust (second generation w/ resinator) and have a header? If so - what header? - any rasp? I really want to know if my resinator is big enough. I dont know the size in inches (it is big .....I would say 2 feet or so) but I dont know if thats enough. I know its going to be a hell of a lot better then not having one at all but im not sure if its going to solve the problem 100%.
