Is that setup legal in California? I'm planning on getting a header & a S-pipe but I'm not sure how that will work on the westcoast.

my idea was to do the dc sport header with the cat-back magnaflow exhaust. or the creative compact full exhaust with the magnaflow muffler, and a resenator

All A/M headers for the tC are not legal in California, as they remove the stock cat and non are carb approved yet as well... you can put an s-pipe on, but it won't do too much with your stock header still there...

California and car modifications are not friendly....

and if you want a header and a decent sounding exhaust... a resonator or the cc inserts seem like the only way to go.... Unless you run a setup like mine, I guess I'm just the lucky one.

I was planning on getting them but they just seem to good to be true... the price is great for headers!!! 150 shipped!!!!

rust compared to Megan's header version's cat's falling apart doesnt seem to be a good trade. I heard megan was going to remake there header and offer a ver. 2 but im not sure if they ever did. if they did, i'd make sure they sent me ver.2

If you live in los angeles any car mod is legal since LAPD will actually ask you to race them, literelly. 3 cops asked to drive my car. but if you live in a suburb like Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, or Pacoima you want to try to keep your car as quiet as possible. Ide go for A/W or DC Headers with draxas exaust kit and resonator. Im just waiting tell Draxas tests 4-2-1 headers and decide from there.
