Without any major creases, stock one should be fine for a second mount. If it's manky, replace it. The MMW mani-plate does a good job of bending the excess gasket material so don't expect another mount after the header install.

the MMW header does not come with the exhaust manifold gasket.. only the maiting gasket between the s-pipe and the mid-pipe.. oh. and a new doughnut... a new exhaust manifold gasket will run you about $30 at the dealer... while you may be able to use the old one... why risk it.. if you install it and get a leak.. you have to pull it apart again... for $30, you do not have to worry about that..

You dont have to get it a a scion dealer. any toyota dealer should have them because it is the same part on the I4 camry and the RAV4. I know this because I just bought mine yesterday for the MMW header.

The part number is 17173-28010
