1. depending on how old your exhaust manifold gasket, it be a good time to replace it.

2. work on a cold header. dont rush it after u use the car.

3. wd40, make sure you baby with lots of TLC when taking off the sensor off the header.

4. make sure u do a search on antifouler / non-fouler so you wont get a Check engine light.

5. becareful not to over torque the header bolts

6. if you go with megan, use the stock bracket on the bottom. the stock bolts wont fit so get some nut/bolt/locknut set. there's a reason why the bracket are there.

I had a quick question and didnt feel like making a new thread but.

I have I/H/E/Spipe on my car and it feels very well restricted still.

As far as not having a CAT and stock mid pipe, with Greddy Evo II exhaust...what can i do?

From what i recall there was a trick to taking the primary O2 sensor out. Some people were cross threading them? Or stripping them? Expensive mistake

thanks tikbhoy. I did finally find that DIY thread with search, it just took wording it differently about 7 times everyone mentions it but never mentions that it's just a little mod you do yourself, I thought it was something some company made i was gonna have to shell out the cash for.

Good luck with the header. I've heard Megan gives quite a bit of rasp just like the DC sports setup, but the only thing I don't like about the Megan is that the runners are so short. To give you a less restrictive header, you want runners as long as you can get them. It seems too much like the stock one for me. IMO.
