Default Help with clutch problems

I bought my tc used from a friend about 4 months ago. Its a supercharged 2006 rs2 with 96000 miles on it. Apparently it had a stage two clutch put in about 15000 miles ago. I bought it and about three months ago my clutch master cylinder went out. I replaced both the CMC and the slave cyl with oem toyota parts and fluid. I also extended the CMC pushrod for a little more bite. About a week ago i started to notice signs that the CMC is going out again. The clutch is starting to stick even though the clutch itself is holding the power and not slipping. I am also having issues with the 3rd, and 4th gear syncros and think they are going bad. When the outside temp drops, its nearly impossible to shift the car unless its warm. Also it grinds occasionally going into third gear. If im cruising in neutral and try to put it back in 4th, it feels nearly impossible. It does not grind but it feels like you need retard strength to shift it into gear. I tried putting a thicker oil in 80w/90 i think but it didnt help? This brings me to a few questions that i hope i can get some incite to....

1. Could my issues with my tranny be caused by my clutch?
2. Is there any warranty on toyota parts if not installed by toyota mechanic?
3. Is there anything that could have caused two CMC's to go out in 3 months?
4. Should i try to scrap some money together and just buy a new tranny, clutch and cmc?

Well zac for starters the extended push rod isn't for more bite its actually so when u press your pedal it ensures the clutch is fully disengaged, your shifting issues sounds like a clutch related problem base on how you described 4th gear, because a car with bad synchros still goes in gear. I suggest a new clutch n cmc. By the way what brand clutch is in right now

every other gear shifts smooth as silk....going 3rd-4th-5th and back down through the gears is no problem, its only when coasting in neutral and trying to either go back in third or 4th!

You change the tranny fluid every 3000 miles? Wtf? You must be using some really crappy tranny fluid. I thought it was supposed to last at least 30k miles? Ive been running Redline MT-90 for about 50k with no problems

Everytime he changed the oil, he changed the trans fluid, brake, and the power steering...very meticulously maintained!

haha ive known the guy since highschool...i know my car was literally his kid....he put a lot of $$ in it! Anyways today hes going to check to see if i have a warranty on my CMC and bring an 8mm over tonight to bleed the system. I found a band aid fix for now, i took the spring off that is on the clutch pedal and the firewall. It relieved enough pressure the let the clutch come all the way back up!

Psshh that spring has been off my tc since I put a clutch in 2yrs ago lol stupid thing gets in the way when adjusting the rod anyways I suspect your cmc issues are related to your pressure plate being a heavy one If you blow another cmc u need another clutch also ditch the extended rod thumbs down for that

I'm going to wait on a new clutch until I get a tex return next year... I needed to extend to rod or else it didn't engage/disengage properly

The the extended rod is to assure that the clutch is fulling DISENGAGING because some clutches have a heavy pressure plate and don't fully disengage when you press clutch causing shifting issues the rod does more damage then good, anyways the proper way to have fixed engagement issues was through the adjustable rod behind the pedal oh well goodluck with the fixes

the tc's trannys are bastards for use of lighter words. its a common issue with them. the issue is that the synchros arent lining up correctly so shifting may seem difficult. for haha's, try pressing slightly on the gas pedal between shifts and see if theres any difference. i have the same issue with my car, and my buddy here who is a master tech has the same issue with his tc.
