Are the HKS Hi Power suppose to be sticking out at a crooked angle? on an 2007 tc.

I do see a minimum of tc with straight mufflers sticking out, but most are crooked.

it would be easier for you to just get a different exhaust. greddy ti-c sounds similar to HKS but its is straight

Can the piping be modified so the muffler stick out straight? if so how much around..

 

you can get an injen. I didn't like the crooked look either but i got a good deal on the HKS so i figured i'd try it out. def glad i got it. Kid at my school has a tC with an injen and I like my HKS so much more. but yeah, it is crooked.


and I guess if you really wanted to, you could just get the canister and mod the piping. Not sure how much that would cost tho.

Thanks =). I think its about done looks wise, was thinkin about CF Hood, cf RS1 front lip, and a CF rear lip spoiler but I think I won't bother and instead just get a turbo.

 

Any gains in performance/speed in just an axle back?

I know cats are definately a gain but axle backs?

 

I'm allergic to cats. Their performance is minimal to like a couple of HP, speaking on axle backs.

 

axleback will give you about 2 hp. and you can always just cut off the muffler and have a muffler shop custom fab you a straight out hks axleback. not really sure it's worth the money and time, but it's a possibility.

I felt like my car pulled a little harder on the top end when i got the exhaust, but honestly it's really negligible.
