Default HKS, Injen Exhaust

So I'm debating on getting the HKS or the Injen, i have heard both off the internet, but i would like someone who knows, what sounds better and which is deepest, also, I'm hearing that the megan exhaust is illegal because the cat is taken out, anyone confirm?

i love the injen sound. its louder than most, and its deeper than what I hear from the little hondas that like to race and lose..

well i would get the HKS because it looks the nicest and sound deep and rumbly...the injen is ugly IMHO

I say Injen. It sounds great and personally I like it. I've heard the HKS and there is nothing wrong with it but I hate the fact that it kicks out sideways. The side exit exhaust just seems to be the "trendy" thing to do right now.

i have the HKS and love it. i've heard the Injen on a tC and IMO it sounds like poop. hks has a nice deep tone on it. there one of the better ones to get if you plan on getting headers too.

is the greddy worth it or can the hks handle the power and possibly a future supercharger. i just want more hp..

From what GSC Motorsports found neither Greddy (evo or sp2) gained any HP what-so-ever. That;s why we stopped offering them.

I'm thinking that the Injen is my best bet, I'm not really looking for performance, just a nice deep throaty sound

Injen is same style as a greddy, just longer muffler.

Your best bet is a catback, removing the cat in the midpipe should free up a little horsepower.

Couldnt tell ya, its the chance you take with ebay, I would contact the seller, best bet it to call if its a business.

I took a chance on ebay and contacted the seller, I got the full 4pc ABS dynamics lip kit for $295 shipped. I scored a deal on that one. Trust me its worth a shot.

the Injen exhaust can get really raspy with headers. way worse than the hks. i put a resonator on mine and it got rid of it. not sure if it will work on the injen though. they are really raspy
