My pulley seems straight but i'll find out for sure after I take it apart..how much are oem belts?

My car is about 45k..so should I just change the belt anyways?

So I tried to use the Stethscope on it..and its picking up the noise from any spot on the block..so its not really helpful in my case..and it can't pick up the whistling noise because I can't even find where it is the origin..

I heard a 08 lancer other day...it made same engine noise like my car..so I guess it may be natural..due to cheap construction/parts I guess?

PS: Noise..the running of the chain..sounds like cu chu cu cu chu and ta ta tatata at the same time? lol
