when you watch the video you will realize what the problem is..my exhaust sounds alot better in person, its probably the stupid mic on the camera.. anyways i need a new exhaust can.

i would like it to sound the same as it does now. with the same sized can. i jsut need some help on which one i should get so please help!

thats how my carbon ti is. (not as loud, actually no where near as loud)
it could be it hitting the heat shields
try aiming for HKS hi power canister. they come in 120mm so it isnt very long

 

do you have a new mid pipe.......sounds like it is hitting on the shielding for it or the suspension bar.......I know a few aftermarket midpipes hit the sheilding and make that same noise.

 

well thats the weird thing..its not hitting anything.. ive looked everywhere.there is honestly something in it lol.. if i shake it while the car is off..i can hear stuff in it. i thought it was hitting something too..that would have been an easy fix lol

 

if it was welded on perhaps a piece of shrapnel....got inside the pipe some how...been there done that

 

hmmm so do u think there is something in the can. or just in the midpipe. because i did get a resonator put in a few months back to quiet it down lol

 

Best guess is take it off and shake each piece to see what pipe the rattle is in........but double check the heat sheids first......put it on stands and start it up and with no revving or anything see if something is touching.......as that is what it sounds like.......

dude thats dirty what the guy on youtube said...saying there's rice in the can. funny but mest up. anyways im looking into getting a HKS hi-powered myself after looking at all the types of exhausts for this car. if i wanted to save some money then i'd buy myself a universal HKS or A'PEXi exhaust
