INJEN CAI + ....... exhaust?
ive searched but havent found a general consensus on which exhaust sounds the best... im looking for a low (deep) growl while dling or cruing and louder deep growl while flooring it, Im thinkin TRD or Greddy with the Injen CAI im getting, what do you guys think?

I got the TRD exhaust and the Injen CAI installed. It sounds absolutely beautiful.
Its low at idle but when you step on it, wow. I think i waste half a tank of gas just revving it just so i can hear it.

with the way our cars are oriented you would literally have to drive through a small river to soak up enough water into the intake to do damage. Before the filter touched water deep enough to be submerged you'd have to have water up to your shins inside the vehicle coming in from every crevice.
Also a bypass valve will negate most, if not all of the gains from installing the intake on it's own, and will have a tendancy to take in hot engine air through the bypass valve if there is any impedance on the cone filter (layer of dust, dirt etc[gasses traveling the path of least resistance])
Then again.... volcano insurance....

The TRD sounds like it's right up your alley. I'm expecting the Injen CAI from Santa this year, so I hope it sounds as good as everyone says.
*EDIT* I found this video on my computer from a long while back, before I bought mine. Looking back, it's still pretty accurate, perhaps slightly deeper-sounding than it really is, but only slightly.

i also have a Injen CAI and i love it. I am looking into exhausts and headers, but have no idea what to get. I don't want it to be loud, so i am looking for something that is quiet if there is such thing. Any suggestions on the exhaust or header that has good HP but not loud?
