Default Injen CAI Performance?

Any difference in performance with a short or long ram in an Injen CAI? What's usually better

I think it is about 3 horsepower. There is a sticky showing actual dyno'ed performance of various intakes. The showed performance of both SRI and CAI for the Injen. Also, I have this intake and had it for about 1.5 years as short ram and when I converted it, there was not much difference. I just like the full "benefit" of having the CAI!

not much difference, besidies the filter with sri is heat soak, while the cai is getting fresh air,but still you wont notice any difference, some might say the sri is a bit louder..

Sri is louder but neither of them or going to offer a power gain that is worth mentioning or noticeable. I had the injen cai and then ran it as a Sri on my tC and the only difference was the Sri was louder.

sri's (to me) are bad news. I would go cai...though compared to a stock air box, there is a difference. Small, but noticeable.
