Default injen CAI problem.. or something else possibly?

well I dunno how to start...
My car is kinda kicking at certain high RPMs or when it gets slippery.
it's happening randomly, and it's really bugging me out. Really does.

It was totally fine untill today when i parked my car outside for five hours,
(it's heavy raining all day long) and it starts happening when I drove off to the way of home.
Actually it's not kicking, but I couldn't find any other words to explain it.
It's more like my car got jumping and stall for nano second and
seemingly fine after that but keeps happening again,.. it's really unpreditable.
First time I thought something got stock underneath of clutch or transmission like a rock or some metal piece.

I talked w/ my buddy a moment ago and he said it probably cause by injen CAI that I have and
sometimes it happens when it got soaked on water because of raining.
He said it's better to have some cover for CAI or get Short Ram CAI instead.

Is that really? if so, where I can get the cover for injen intakes?

If it's not...well I dunno...
I better to check out my car at a dealer on monday if it keeps happening. I hope not.

I appreciat any comments... Help me out plz

first of all theres no short ram cai its either short ram or cai =)
and covers.. i forget which one but aem has a bypass valve that is supposed to help prevent hydrolock and i think injen has a hydroshield which is kinda like a bag you put around the filter.

I just put the Injen CAI on about 3 weeks ago. I've not noticed anything like you descibe. It's been raining here for a couple of days so it's gotten wet I'm sure. But I'll be looking out.

Sounds like your tires are slipping. This would cause the car to vibrate severly and our engines have more than enough power to start skidding under 30mph.
