Default Injen exhaust trouble and question

I have read numorous post where people have said that when they ordered their injen exhaust they recieved a new gasket that goes between the stock pipe and the new one. This is because the inner diameter is different.
Well I didnt get a new gasket and I can clearly see that the connection is not flush, I cant feel any gasses coming out at idle, but it is way louder than clips I have heard at full acceleration, so gasses may be escaping then.
Also my exhaust tip is not centered at the rear bumber notch it is almost all the way to the right.
Not only does this look horrible, but as i said it sounds louder than clips i have heard at highway speed.

Now how/ where would I get this new gasket.
Thanks everyone.

Of course it will sound louder.

Recording video clips off of a camera is never 100% accurate.

SO are you saying you don't have a gasket for the exhaust/mid pipe connection? Becasue that could cause a leak and make it louder. Sound clips are hit or miss sometimes but this exhaust system is one of the more quite ones on the market.

1) Where did you get your exhaust?
2) When you installed it did you hang it first and then tighten it up?

the flanges are not flush together, and the injen wont fit correctly over the donut gasket.
If I take that gasket out all the way, I will probably have leaks. so what do i do.
How do you get the injen to fit perfectly over the donut gasket, cause mine wont. the flanges look like this but not quite so exagerated. /\ closer together on one side than on the other this couses the exhaust to hang of center.

The Injen doesn't use a donut gasket. It comes with a flat one.

^^True. I have the injen exhaust. On the midpipe there is a round donut type gasket that has to be taken off wit a flat head with some force. Then after u remove this piece u can place the gasket that comes wit the exhaust in between and it should slide in like butter. Use muffler cement around the hole of the exhaust to ensure proper seal and NO LEAKS!! About the muffler sitting to the right of the opening check ur rubber hanger things make sure there in right........hope this helps
