Seems like all the movement in my engine bay has finally cause some damage. Looks like the thing just cracked off and i don't know what i need to do. Should i get it wielded back on? or check with toyota and see if i can replace whatever part this is but then it was an after market intake.

Almost all aftermarket intakes break that mount. It's unfortunately "normal." I doubt the dealership would just replace it, but it can't be an expensive part.

 

This is a common problem with almost all aftermarket intakes. Luckily Dr_Isotope and I came up with a solution for it.

What do you mean they break? on thepiping or where the cone is?

 

i ordered the panel from dr_isotope this past friday, im hoping the panel arrives soon since im in cali. my intake should be here by tomorrow so i'll install both this weekend. ::fingers crossed::
