My first pass I slipped it at 3500, second pass was 3000 and third pass was 2500.
I just ordered some bfg drag radials. I am going to finish tuning the camcon next week and hopefully hit the track soon after that.

245 width tires and you still cant hook off the line? come on now...

then again, i cant say anything. I spin the hell out of 75% of my launches because i slip the clutch and add gas so aggressively. It's literally either a great launch or a smoke storm

The Kumhos tend to do a little better in the corners. I have a set of slicks but can't run them now because of the BBK. I have had real good luck in the past with the bfg's but I have never used the 225/45-17.

^^+1 on preset maps. and also do you have to use 91 gas now, because gas is freakin' expensive. and i didn't know that we coul adjust the cam timing without different cam gears?

I have seen people post up different maps for others to use but every car is going to be different. No two cars are going to have the same afr maps. I also tried a couple of different people’s cam timing maps and I still came up with a totally different map for my setup.
I did switch to 91 octane because I am running between 13.2 and 13.5 afr. I figure better safe than sorry. I to was worried about the extra cost of fuel but I have noticed an increase of around 75 miles per tank ever since I tuned the camcon.
The cam timing on the tc is electronically controlled by the ecu.

maybe I'm just ignorant, but if the camcom only tunes WOT and the ecu takes car of rest how can you get an increase in gas mileage of that much unless your running WOT 24/7?

That’s what I been trying to figure out. The camcon adjustments seem to be strictly rpm based so it is constantly making the selected changes at the given rpm. When we were done tuning on the dyno we checked the part throttle a/f to see what it was at cruising speed. It was between 14.5 and 15.2. With the Camcon off the a/f would richen up between 13.5 and 14.2. I can't explain why this is when it is only supposed to adjust wot. I am going to try and contact Power Enterprise and see if I can get any more information.

My tC weighed in at 2930 on a certified scale. As far as the camcon I had no luck with it. At first my car liked it then after a few more mods it didn't like it anymore. And yes I reset the ecu and tried again and still my car was running too rich. So I upgraded to the Greddy Emanage Ultimate and I love it but it still lets my car run rich from time to time. I am not going to worry about it now b/c I am taking a job overseas and when I return I am building a custom engine, transmission, and turbo kit for the tC and I will have a standalone ecu then.

Last time I had the car on the dyno, I was able to finish tuning the camcon. It put down 166 whp and 164 ft/lbs. I have had my car on the dyno 3 times since I installed the camcon on and the tune has stayed consistant.
