Default Intake question

So I'm thinkin about getting the Injen, but had a question before I do it. I see the TRD comes with a water bypass valve, is there an option like this for the Injen? I don't go driving through 3 feet of water normally, but I figure better safe than sorry.

Or... just the BPV:

TRDSparks are good people.

Not a problem.

The BPV is actually an AEM product. And I think the TRD intake uses the same one from AEM as well.
