DAMNIT!! will you guys get a clue!! when an intake makes sound its a very BAD thing!!!!! the sound or "roar" you hear is called "Resonance" its the air bouncing off the walls of the intake and not going into the manifold. like on your exaust, you have an "Anti-Resonantor" that keeps the noise down. thus: intake noise = bad thing!!! the good quality intakes are silent as a buddhist monk accept for the occasional wisp of air.
