Ok, I finally got my first paycheck of the summer (had to get a summer job 'cause where I go to school is not close to home) and am going to be sending my valve-cover (and a spark plug cover) off to be powdercoated (along with maybe more) as well as sending my header to be Jet-Hot coated (1300 Sterling Silver). My question is, while I'm at it, should I get my S-pipe coated, too, or is that a waste?

its a waste imo. the heat from it doesnt reach the engine, so i wouldnt worry about it.
