wow. right on. that single pic did more to alleviate my fears of hydro-lock than any other post on this site. I am so not worried about it now. I don't know where I was picturing the filter. thanks.

btw, what kind of brakes are those?

People,

I added my Horror Storie in the other K&N topic.

Go HERE (especially west coast people) and get the Intake with UPS Ground Shipping for $252.24

Tell them Calvin sent ya to get the price, cause its listed higher than that on the website. Gotta look out for my Scion peeps

http://www.4filters.com/merchant/merchant.mvc?

I ordered mine on Tuesday and got it this afternoon!!!!

you dont hva eto worry about hydrolock, the filter sits high behind the bumper and when you put back the wheel well plastic it gets fully covered, just one question did i have to leave that of because k&N instructions tell you to put it back on

Damn, that sounds really nice!

I think i'm gonna get the K&N Cold Air Intake. I've only had my TC for about 11 days now so i only have a little over a thousand miles. Should i wait a little longer and put on some more mile's before i install an intake? What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance.

You should be fine, especially since they're backordered for several weeks, anyway.

vividracing.com had some left last week, and want a usefull tip start with the bottom bracket and pipe what a apin that was,oh and when they tell you to take out the stock fuse box bolt do not i repeat do not use the lil @$$ one that they give you in the bag, the bracket and bolt wont fit the side of the car at the bottom use the longer bolt that you took off from the stock intake box i hope that helps
