Default Light Weight Crank pully

Ok I'm looking at installing my light weight crank pully tomorrow so what i was wanting to know is from all that have installed this is what all do you have to do and how long did it take you. I was also wanting to know if anyone has the TC repair manual so I can download it to a hard drive and use it when ever i need it. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks a lot for posting the link to the install that is just what i needed. I think i'll try and do it in the next few hours so i can make it to the track tonight and try it along with other new parts out. It's been a while so i can't wait. Wish me luck. LOL!
