Default A little tranny/clutch problem

Ok so about 2 weeks ago i got a new tranny installed by toyota under warranty. Everything is fine with the tranny, except for a little clutch problem that comes and goes. Sometimes when i'm at a complete stop i put it in 1st and with the clutch all the way down to the floor it seems as if the clutch wants to catch and it kind of catches and lets go then catches and lets go over and over until i start going or pull it out of gear. When it catches and lets go is a very faint catch no where near trying to stall though. any ideas on how to fix this before i have to call up toyota and have to have my car in the shop for another week?

oh and it doesn't do this all the time. it only happens about 4 times throughout the whole driving day and i drive a lot. My clutch is also fine it doesn't slip or anything if that helps at all lol.

I have no clue?

Maybe they set the engagement point to soon/early?

Is it a new clutch or just a new transmission (gear box etc..)

If its a new clutch it might have too much fluid in there hence why its catching...that or its a meaty clutch and you might of broken it in to hard so one side is flatter than the other?

Lol i don't know much about these things..
