with the 3 piece kit from nst it comes with a light weight over drive alternator pulley to counter the underdrive crank pulley for the stereos. i think you can buy that pulley separate as well.

I just installed my Agency power pulley and yes you can tell a difference. I can't believe how much more the stock pulley weighs, it's crazy. When you take it off you can really feel the difference. I actually had a professional do it and it cost me $80 but he did a great job and I got my oil changed at the same time. The car just feels a whole lot sportier. If you are having any doubts about installing this mod, I would just do it. There is some discussion about how the vibrations are not absorbed by the new ligher pulley and hence they are transferred to your car's engine and that decreases the durability. Well I can tell you, holding each in my hand and examining them it sure seems like the old pulley would put a lot more strain on the engine. That piece of rubber they install between the cast iron was already brittle and starting to flake too and I only have 12k miles on my car. It's hard to believe the cons against the pulley and I am very glad I purchased it. Great mod for the money!

I just ordered the set of all three, so I'll post some pics and info about what I think of them when I get them installed and set up... I got them in graphite grey, instead of blue... which should go well in my engine bay!

Looking forward to running these!
