Hi everyone, I am new to the scion tc community. I recently got a 06 tc 3 weeks ago and looking for exhaust/intake. Im not too familiar with the details about how to get or what to get so I am here to get tips and advice. I live in orange county, so anyone that knows where to go to get this done will be of great help.

*Yes ive read the other post and looked at vids but would like indept advice.

I assume OC in CA?

One thing to be aware of is that there are ZERO CARB approved Intakes. I'm not sure what you're looking for in exhaust though...

 

Zero CARB? Looking for the exhaust TRD Injen CAI, Alphawerks Header, CC S-Pipe, Magnaflow Resonate shown in another thread or the TRD K&N CAI, Alphawerks Header, CC S-Pipe, No Cats, Dual Resonators . Again please elaborate on Zero CARB for intake. Is it not legal in CA?

If you're in CA, I believe any of your engine modifications need to be CARB approved to remain legal. Otherwise you may not pass inspection and can be ticketed/impounded I think.

Something to do with emissions. Someone in CA can explain better.

So like I was saying, none of the intakes for the tC are approved.
